How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE for orders over $85, or $9.95 flat rate for orders under $85. Visit our Shipping page for more info.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Standard Australia Post delivery times apply. Delays may be experienced during busy periods (Christmas, Black Friday etc.) or as a result of COVID-19 impacts.

Why have some of my items arrived separately?
To offer you the best range of products from so many beautiful brands we ship some items directly from our suppliers. This doesn’t affect delivery times and you won't be charged any additional postage costs.
